        4a: Reflecting on Teaching

As a responsive and reflective educator, I prioritize the thoughtful analysis of my teaching experiences, identifying successes and areas for improvement. Using Danielson's Domains, I engage in a deliberate reflection on my evolving pedagogy, continually seeking to enhance and refine my best practices in line with the principles of responsive education.

4d: Participating in the professional community + 4e: Growing and developing professionally

As a component of my Social Studies methods course, I undertook the task of establishing a Professional Learning Network (PLN) on Twitter. This enabled me to engage with a diverse array of educators and educational organizations. The subsequent reflection paper I crafted delves into the insights gained from my experiences in cultivating and participating in this dynamic online learning community.

       4f: Demonstrating Professionalism

Exemplifying and upholding professionalism played a pivotal role throughout my methods block. My commitment extended to fostering positive relationships with colleagues, administrators, families, and students. Enclosed is the final observation report from my supervisor, a document I regularly reference for reflection on both my teaching practices and professionalism.
